Why can't I sell a business?

Why can’t I sell a business? I paid millions for some of the ones I have. I would like to be able recoup that money, not just what the items inside will sell for.

For instance: I have a law firm that is bringing in more than $10,000 a day in a single location. Something like that would not just be shut down. It could be sold to someone wanting to get into that business.

Would be super cool, if we could sell the whole business, building, employees, reputation, just like you would sell a business in real life.
