Morale character builds

Simular to the morale charactor development arc found in Fallout 3 + others; Character is attributed perks based on in game choices (good vs evil). Having an accumulative effect, gaining the charactor a reputation.

Such a game feature promotes multiple game iterations to explore differing charactor builds.

examples:
Giving to charity is rewarded with happiness.
Road rage (hit and run) has a negitive effect.
