EA 0.6 test & feedback log - Arthur.Bilibili

Hi guys,

I am now join into the test of EA 0.6.

My first request is I need a switch button to display Factory in Voogle map.

Thanks!

Just making sure you know - factories are in the warehouses. So if you turn on warehouses, you’ll see them!

Great! Got it!
When I creat my own factory, I will see that there are two Factory in this area, whatever if those factory belongs to me or not. I cannot see Rival’s Factory in Voogle Map. If I buy the building that belongs to the Rival’s Factory, can I see the interior layout of Rival’s Factory? The industrial line is so interesting!!!

I try to explain to my fans that how to creat an Arti Fish Phone industrial line.

Hi guys,

Congratulations! EA 0.6 is online!

Great features and improvements:

  1. Interior Design!
I found it’s great job, I like it very much!

  2. Indoor Delivery Spots!
    I think it’s a good idea!

  3. Moving Service!
You must know it can working normal, but it cannot arrange furniture position.
But it still simplifies a lot of operations, making a moving new play possible.

  4. Visual Improvements!
It looks more beautiful than before, but the number of frames has decreased sometime!
I like the fog by the sea.

  5. Task Management Overhaul!
“no data is lost” is more important!

  6. Help Page Updates!
    Another great job!

  7. Subway station!
Maybe fans will like the new subway station nearby IKA very much.
The fancy new destination system looks like much modern! I like it!

That’s it, thanks!

I have update my video, thanks!

I found a Bug that there is no Interactive window pop-up sometimes.

This is not a good Chinese translation.

Hi guys,

Today’s feedback are:

  1. BUG: I can’t get into my liquor store sometimes.

  2. I also had a problem with the darkness in the room during the day.

Question for consideration:
Things to consider when setting up your factory:

  1. Machine cost
For example, the tobacco machine is 30,000.
The feed station and the discharge station are 25,000 each.
The two conveyor belts are priced at 5,000 and 7,500.
These costs need to be factored into the initial cost.
  2. Human cost
    Example:
    Difficulty Difficulty:
    Wholesaler price: $4-5/per cigar
    Importer Price: $2.5-2.7/per cigar
A production line needs 3 workers, $35/per hour multiplied by 3 people, $105/per hour. The production efficiency of the machine is 7 mins/per cigar and 8.5 cigars are produced per hour. The total labor cost is $12/per cigar.
The cost of cigar raw materials is only $0.2/per cigar, which is negligible.
But the high human cost is something you need to consider.
If you only consider the price of raw materials, your profit could reach 7500%
But factoring in labor costs, your profit could be as little as 12%
The minimum machine cost for a cigar production line is $105,000, and just taking into account raw material prices, you need to sell 7,000 cigars, but if you take into account labor costs, you need to sell 80,000 cigars.
If a tobacconist sells 100 cigars/day, it takes 70 days (1 year) and 800 days (13 years), respectively.
Because the cigar production line is very simple, I will use this as an example.
    Step 3: Advice
Belt crossing is a difficult problem in production line design.
To avoid crossover, I need to buy a lot of conveyor belts, even many times more expensive than the machine itself.
  3. I designed a cigar production line with two machines working at the same time. It looks good and works well. It has successfully reduced the production time of one cigar to three minutes. Three workers, produce 20 cigars/per hour, reducing labor costs to $6/per cigar. But it is still more expensive than import price.
I’m now thinking how to design a cigar production line with at least more than 4 machine working at the same time.

That’s all. Thank you!

Should be both fixed in this upcoming patch!

There is warm sunshine at noon, so beautiful!
By the way, I have already successfully installed 3 machines into my cigar production line. It just only arranged an extra output station. It can produce cigars every 2 minutes now! Cigar labor cost, from $5.2 to $4.6, a great job!

Today’s feedback:

4 machine in 1 cigar produce line.

4 worker , $35 X 4 = $140/hour

1 cigar/min, 60 cigar/hour.

now worker human cost $2.33/per cigar.

I don’t think I will try to add more machines to this cigar line for a while

That’s all, thanks!

I found that if you design it this way, your output station will show as full.
However, workers at the output station were unable to collect the cigars to the shelves.
Because the conveyor belt was blocking the workers’ path.

Today’s feedback:

1.Zanaman Phone product line

2.Cigar product line

Factory Advise:
You’d better hire the least skilled workers.
Because they look the same as a fully skilled worker, but they greatly reduce your hourly labor costs!
For example,
5% skill, $16/hour. My cigar labor cost is $2.33/per
100% skill, $35/hour. My cigar labor cost is $1.07/per, much lower than importer.

Any update, guys? I just wait some good news about Factory that I can make more and more profit and much longer most modern Conveyor Belt than before! :money_mouth_face:

Hey! Factories will be getting a couple big updates in the next few releases that should really help out a lot!

Bigger than patches, though, they will be big parts of the next updates! The roadmap will soon be updated with more information about those!
