There’s a slider automatically set to “Train employees up to 50%”, and you can drag it to 100%, which I’ve done. Is there any downside to just dragging it all the way up? Why would you ever want to leave it at 50%?
It will begin to matter more as more things get added - right now, you might as well go to 100%, but.in EA 0.2, things will start changing based on skill level, so you might want to control that!
