A radiator is a simple but needed thing on cold days but I can´t see any deeper usage in Big Ambitions yet. If we would implement seasons in the game the radiators become a very useful thing too. 
It can also be a requirement by our employees and customers. 
PS: A warmer place = happy customers = happy employees = more money. That´s the game of the business.
