I wish to have the option to keep the game running while I’m the Apps (BizMan, MarketInsider, etc…) I have lots of companies and keep building more, and I want to keep the game flowing while I’m managing it, if I want to stop I would stop before going to the Apps, this can be an option in settings like “No pause on menu”.

At present i am only able to arrange a delivery, or to otherwise manage a business inside the bizman app and this pauses the game time.
I would like to be able to be able to have the game time continue to move along even when i am managing a business, but rather than simply suggesting the ability to unpause time while in bizman i think the better option would be to have the ability to do everything that one can do on bizman but outside of bizman.
for example, to call a recruitment agency and have the player character (PC) put a phone to their ear in the game world, time continues to tick on and the speech bubbles that indicate a phone conversation, and its various dialogue options come up on the game world screen.
Another example would be that there could be a message board in the back room of the shop, and on that board there are options such as a clipboard that would show the most recent stock take (this could be a simple list of all current stock, up to date or it could be determined by how good your store manager/lead worker is at keeping an accurate stock count). In essence, the PC would be able to walk into a branch of their retail empire and see the stock levels in order to manage logistics in real time, not simply in bizman.
Final note, i’m a big fan of the project right now and very impressed with the progress and the roadmap. I thank you for this game. IMO any step closer to making the mid/late game into logistics simulator is to be seen as a positive step towards immersive, realistic gameplay (real business is 75% logistics, 25% opportunistic sales)
