if you add a garage in witch you can repaint your car change the amount of noise the engine makes or increasing the max speed

I would like to see a UI run custom paint job shop where I can take my vehicles and have fancy paint jobs done. Maybe at 50% the cost of the vehicle being re-sprayed.

The ability to add your business logo to your company vehicles is coming in a future update, but are you talking about being able to customize logos for your personal cars?
I was thinking more along the lines of big red flames down the side of the car like hot rods. A total respray of the vehicle with a choice of colours and stickers.

Even being able to repaint our cars would be nice, unless that is already possible and I am not aware of it.
