Trainned employee wage x 100% employee wage

I my playtrough the wages for Trained lawyers is bigger than hired at 100%.

I made some test and after I negociate lawyer wage with low skills i can close at 60 w/h

After i trainned to 100% the wage is generally more than 140 w/h

If I negociate wage with 100% skills employee, the lowest i got was 126 w/h

I thing we could lower the wage for trainned employee or increase de lower treshhold for 100%

Some others type of employee looks like the same situation where after trainning employee, the wage was bigger

Obs: I love to grind and train staffs aimimg the lower wages

Hello! The real issue is this part:

If I negociate wage with 100% skills employee, the lowest i got was 126 w/h

They shouldn’t go that low, and we will be adjusting that, which will take care of the overall issue!
