Can I suggest being able to train your staff, without having to remove them from your business?
It’s particular annoying, when you remove your Purchasing Agents, and then they lose their contracts with the import companies.

Hello! A couple things here:
This should be fixed in EA 0.6, so this doesn’t happen.
You can! If a staff member is assigned to an HR Manager, they will automatically train up. It is slower than manually training them, but they stay on the schedule and keep working!
