I really like the concept of “if the car takes damage, it starts to pull left/right”, but personally, I think it needs to be toned down a bit - like 15-25% less pull than it currently does.
It seems to be very annoying when the car damage isn’t even that much. I think it should shift the damage parameter so it only starts to be annoying at x%. Now it kicks in too fast.
I like it the way it is. But i would say turn angles need to be improved on a few cars like the porcha. And I think it’s already in the works but the ability to tone down damage would negate drift mistakes
Oh, the amount of damage shouldn’t really be toned-down, no. This post is just about reducing the excessive left-right drift that happened even with a light amount of damage. Like to the point where you have to fully hold down the right-arrow key and you’re still drifting left, and the car is only at 70% damage.
Ahh nm yes i agree with toeing that down it is a little excessive. But i do think we should be able to control damage progression. I’m guessing that’s in the plan’s though
