Strangely low flow of customers

What could be the reason why 75 size electronic shop doesn’t attract more than 42 customers at the top?

The satisfaction is 99% and only cleanliness is not 100% (clean 99%) traffic is 37% and 100 marketing.

This happened when I started producing phones and smartwatches. at first it was nicely close to 70 but when production reached to demand and my second shop began actually selling smartwatches the customer traffic dropped to half it used to be. and not just with smartwatches but all sales dropped to half.

There’s the reason! Demand for each store is also influenced by how many other stores in that neighborhood are selling the item! The more stores in that neighborhood, the lower sales will be per store.

Some items like food are able to sustain a lot more stores than expensive items like electronics or jewelry!
