new dynamic added. equipment repair. we all know a part of owning a business equipment breaks down and needs to be repaired or replaced . i think this needs to be added as well as tiers for equipment more expensive equipment should still needs more maintenance but almost never needs to be replaced were as lower tiered has high repairs and replacement rate medium tiers could be spilt one needing more repairs but lower replace rate one with lower replace rate and higher repair rate. we should be able to purchase excess equipment and furniture and store it in a warehouse where in a business screen i can have a driver deliver equipment to that new business. that gives more use to one truck warehouse

If equipment degradation gets added then automated maintenance is a must. micro at the scale of multiple businesses like this would destroy the game without automation. Ideally I would think someone that could rotate through your businesses would be fine instead of a static employee because small businesses like the ones that are in this game (primarily small businesses at least) couldn’t justify a full time employee that just maintains the equipment unless the degradation rates are absolutely batshit.

Also please consider adding depreciation expense tax write offs for the approximate lost value over time when tax season rolls around.

On that note we should probably have to hire an account once were big enough at our HQ. That could also be a good office job expansion. doing so would enable us to contract that part of running the business out to a firm around town when our businesses are still too small to justify a full time accountant.

I guess after a certain amount of office jobs it might get the city to the point where its a bit crowded. if that’s the case then maybe look into having multiple office jobs be able to rent from the same large sky scrapers? I don’t know if the game engine would support that though.
