It would be cool to have more service company’s. Most businesses are retail orientated, but i would love to see plumbing, painting, electrical, renovation etc. This would also be more realistic because there are alot of these type of company’s in the real world. You would then have to manage large amounts of employees, manage the amount of stock, maybe even set up projects(or get someone to do it for you). It would be something different then to own a retail shop.

I was just thinking about this kind of businesses! Also cable/internet, gardening and plague control.
I agree they should be a new category in itself (with new buildings models/sizes) as they are services that happen at the client’s home.
I would add that these businesses should also need vehicles to operate (which are already in the game). And not only you would need to hire the technicians themselves but a few office workers as well to handle the phone calls. So it would really be a mix between the retail and office categories that the game already has.
