Hey everyone,
I have been diving deep into Big Ambitions lately and loving it…, but I have hit a bit of a roadblock and could use some advice. I am trying to figure out the most efficient way to expand my business empire without spreading myself too thin.
Right now, I have got a decent cash flow going from my retail shops but I am unsure whether to reinvest in more stores, explore different industries or maybe even start dabbling in real estate.
What do you guys think: ?? What’s worked best for you in terms of scaling up without burning out or running into major setbacks: ??
Also, any tips on managing multiple businesses effectively would be much appreciated. I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed keeping track of everything and I am sure there’s a better system or strategy I haven’t thought of yet.
