First, I really want to say that I absolutely love this game. I am unable to work right now but this game is literally everything I did at my job. And I LOVED my job. It’s honestly keeping me sane while I have to be out.
As for schedule this hits home to the program I would use for my employees so it resonates with me…. I think an option for shift length when scheduling (specifically with auto fill: for instance if you want your pt employees to work in shifts of x amount of hours) would be awesome. Ordering the employees on the actual scheduling page by alphabetical order, their availability (pt or ft), and/or being able to sort them by their priorities. I know you can hover over their names to see their wants and whether or not they are full time/part time but once you have so many employees it’s a lot to look at.
