I will find that usefull if we could have the ability to save employee settings such as Logistics Managers and Purchasing Agents. Because if I want to relocate my HQ, moving the Purchasing Agent for example from one office to another, I lose their contract with the importer as well as the number of products to purchase.
Yes, we can request a relocation through the moving company, but this will only be valid for 1 office. If I have 2 or more offices that I want to combine into one, I can’t. Moreover, the relocation counts the furniture, and if afterwards I want to do furnishing through a company for interior installation, it completely bugs my planning.
Hello! Merging two HQs into one isn’t possible, unfortunately, but as you mentioned, using the moving service will “save the HQ employees tasks” of where you’re moving from!
What do you mean by this, though?
What I mean is that once the move is completed where I keep the tasks handled by the moving company (which works well), I hire an interior design company (with desk, computer, etc.).
By doing this, I end up with empty computer lines in my schedule, but all company employees seem to have their calendars full (with work assigned to their names).
I can’t reset my employees to 0 hours because they no longer appear in any schedule and I can’t drag and drop them into the schedule anymore.
I’ve tried several times, thinking it was a momentary bug, but no. I can redo the process to take screenshots if needed.
I see - it doesn’t properly unassign them from their old desk. I’ll mark that as a bug. For now - try clicking “Auto-fill all” on the HQ schedule and it should release them properly and reassign to the new desks!
