When outside, character runs fast without using Shift-key. Runs normal speed with Shift key pressed.
That’s intended behaviour, exactly the opposite compared to indoors.
I’ll leave this open for now though, to see what others think about it (whether a change is requested).
If you had to press shift to run in the street … I simply wouldn’t leave the house in game.
It would take a little finger of Thor himself to be able to hold the button down constantly.
I also appreciate that you have to do the opposite to run in the shops.
It definitely follows civic etiquette, plus the fact that I wouldn’t normally go out and buy stuff while running.
Personally I’d prefer a toggle run/walk mode system rather than a hold button to run or walk system.
Id rather if they weren’t inverted. If I’m sprinting out of the door of the shop, I should continue to sprint outside and not begin to walk because I’m still holding shift. Probably just how my brains been hardwired in videogames.
