Pretty Straight Forward. An Employee in the HQ to do the little Chores like giving your new HR the Gold Insurance or Assigning Employees to a new Business. You could also give the Assistant some input, like, I want 4 Cleaners with 100% Skill who work every day and 42 hours a week, and the Assistant will allocate the Employees after a HH finds them. That would make the HQ feel more like a Company where the People Actually work together and you don’t need to interfere in every detail. You still can, but you don’t have to. You could make this position even more complex over Time as the Game grows.

Could we hire a secretary?
- ask her to schedule meeting in the office with recruitment agency at 9am, for example.
- or ask her to remind us about buying this and that when the shop will be open.
- or create to do list to keep track of what we wanted to do.
