It would be cool if while you walk through certain neighborhoods you can see speech bubbles of different things they wish they had in their neighborhood. it can give a more filtered and seamless nature to the different demands there are from people in a district. If you see quite a few people asking for a place with a cup of coffee in hells kitchen ,players can make a reasonable assumption a coffee shop would be the best bet. It gives the players a incentive to try unique shop concepts and more over a bigger reason to engage with the world over spread sheets. You can still use the Biz app but I think it would be a cool way to get players to engage with the world by traveling different areas and getting a idea of what to open. you could even consider small side quests (business opportunity) which could have you open up a certain store that also sells a product it wouldn’t normally sell (think a night club with jewelery store inside). if you complete it the store will have a passive permanent boost to marketing for having a unqiue concept. Likewise you can also have side quests like this to tamper with competitors or trigger shocks in the economy, even introduce characters to play market maker to a extent.
