When my employees send me their angry “I’m going to resign” letters (usually because I forgot to buy them a fancy chair), sometimes I can’t fix their issue in time. In other management games, sometimes you can pay off an employee or give them a raise for a small boost in their happiness, which of course, gives you time to fix the issue.
Is it possible to make that an option? Or would that make keeping angry employees too easy in mid-late game?
