Do you need Chinese translation? I noticed that your Steam Chinese page and Chinese game content may be translated by using translation software. I can provide Chinese manual translation service without remuneration

Translations can be done through Localizor (Localizor - Community Translations for Games). Currently it is locked though, because some central updates are done. It should soon be open for community translations again.
