Move or Hide ingame Windows

Hi everyone,

I know we are still at the beginning.
Since I like to watch my character at work, I would be happy if you can move or “hide” the windows.

I also think it would be great if the game was paused when you hit “ESC”.
(Tested with version 132)

Pressing ESC pauses the game, and now you can move the “Start working” panel (since a few versions, in fact)
