Its kind of annoying when you get a vague whiny emial from an employee threatening to quit if they dont feel better.
What if there was a few set ones to indicate thier issue
e.g. full time - “im only getting X hours at this job and i need to be working between 30-50 hours for the full time work you promised”
This could also be helpful when you expand the dyanmics of employees with more buffs or debuffs e.g. you could recieve an email from an employee going on about how annoying karen the other lawyer is (as karen has the confrontational trait - increasing money earned, but will clash with other traits )
