Open up a news paper/ media news office business. Works like other office businesses but they have a unique adspace mechanic. Hire journalists to generate regular revenue and ad managers to access adspace. Ad space when left unassigned/ sold to another company gives big boosts to revenue. the bigger the operation the more adspaces you have to sell on your platform and have access to. However if you want you can take ad slots and use it to advertise your other businesses, losing revenue but boosting the marketing of your other business by a large margin. I think it would be cool to become a media mogul as well as making your marketing for some businesses In house.
