There’s a few thing that would be much easier to manage at a business level rather than at the employee level. I think the ability to manage it at the employee level might still be helpful for those who really want to micro manage.
Manage uniform at a business level based on job title, once set any new employees that join automatically recieve their uniform for their job title. You could even have an employee change uniform if they’re customer service + cleaner.
Manage demands at a business level, view the total demands of a businesses employees. 5 monitors, a coffee machine, a sofa. That could be split over 7 employees which you’d need to make a note of and then either go shopping or request a delivery. it’s a bit too much hassle in the current view of scrolling through all the employees for that business.
Good idea, I even have other ideas for adding management at the business level:
1 - Change the price of a product for all establishments that sell it in a region. Example: All products and their prices will be listed in their respective regions. If I change the price of a soda in Hell Kitchen, all establishments that sell soda will charge this new price.
2- In the listing of properties, show the size code (C1, C2…), instead of the number in square meters (225m²). This is because C1 and C2, for example, have the same square meter, but the code information is more relevant for searching for the floor plan I want to use.
3- In the listing of job candidates, place a filter for the percentage of the candidate’s level and also for the position. For example, I only want 100% level lawyer candidates, but I need to browse the entire list of all positions and levels.
