Make importing easier - please show sum of stocks required by all stores

I find it very difficult to estimate the stock target for importing.

Taking my time to check each item one by one is a tiring and time-consuming process especially when each item has different showcase shelf with different numbers. For example jewelry has 50 per shelf but alcohol has 250 per shelf. To import, i would need to calculate total amount of 5 shelves of jewelry which is 250 per item one by one and put say 300 in importing contract and minimum stock of 250 on logistic manager . And i want to say this manual calculating process raises a problem in the late game when there is a lot of shelves , plenty more types of items. and the worst of all , this is multiplied by multiple businesses because the importing target is a one-off total number to provide all stores.

Problem is in the late game we have 10 businesses so the number would be added by each business and its very very hard to keep track of later on when we need to change the numbers as our business grow and minimum stock increases and we would need to add the import numbers.

It would be nice to have somewhere in the UI that shows the sum of stock required on shelves for each store to help with getting those importing numbers, for example, there is 50 jewelry amount per jewelry shelf, lets say i have 10 shelves (5 for expensive jewelry ; 5 for cheap jewelry), the system will multiply 5 by 50 and shows : " shop A " has 250 required expensive jewelry, " shop B " has 250 required cheap jewelry so that i can quickly add up all numbers of stock each business and know how many i should be importing and decide my minimum stock on logistic manager based on the sales figure.

I think just doing this does not take away the fun of running a business but rather saving alot of time by providing you the data you need. In real life we can gather ourselves by asking employees to give us those numbers but in the gameā€¦nope, and thats why i am here to ask for it.

Hope you guys see what i mean and i hope you also find this problem very painful and so upvote this.
