A link to go directly to the main office would be nice. Currently, it takes several clicks to reach the purchasing managers, for example.

Interesting idea. The problem is that many players have multiple headquarters, so that one button wouldn’t really help at that point!

Their schedules are locked because they deliver and manage things through the week. 40 hours of work makes that position function for the whole week!
However - since HQs don’t have any customers, you don’t need to limit yourself to the customer limit. A headquarters can have as many employees as you can fit desks!
