Is there an easy to to move retail to bigger building?

I didn’t want to shut the business down to do so, is there a easier way to move to a bigger building?

Nope, I actually am doing that right now: upgrading to the largest buildings… I am just setting them up fresh and just selling all the items on the old building when you terminate the contract.
