Once the devs get the Health Insurance mechanic squared away they might want to look at IRAs and 401K’s as another employee benefit program to spend money on.
I might be the only one anthropomorphizing the NPCs but I feel bad that my cleaners work crappy hours for 20 years and retire with nothing.
The mechanic could resemble the Health Insurance implementation and be included as an employee demand.
But maybe this is more work than it is worth?
