I have the feeling, that all the shops/businesses feel relatively similar. I would add a bit of individuality. For example, if you create a burger, you could do it like in Mad Games Tycoon 2. You have, for example, 8 ingredients whose gram count needs to be optimized so that the burger becomes more and more popular. In Mad Games Tycoon 2 you have around 8 controls with a total of 20 points, that you have to distribute among these 8 controls until all the controls are correct. You have to adjust the controls based on customer reviews so that the customers are happier. I think something like that would be appropriate here too. On the other hand, it would be an idea to have to design something like a burger or gift for example, which is then rated. The game is fun, but a bit of individuality in the businesses would be nice, so that not every business feels the same.
