Everybody loves ice cream, could bring in a seasonal variable into the game also

Hi,
I would also like to have an ice cream shop. I offer 3 types of machines to sell ice cream :
-the salad bar could be repurposed to sell cone ice cream ( type of product sold: ice cream)
-an Italian ice cream machine (type of product sold : Italian vanilla/strawberry ice cream)
-ice cream roll machine (type of product sold : fruit frozen yogurt)
to complement the ice cream shop, I also offer a new product sold in the soda cabinet: fruit juice (orange juice for exemple).
I hope this business will be included in the next updates.
Why don´t we put an ice cream / milk shake maker as a shop fitting tool to buy instead of creating a new business type? I can see an ice cream / milk shake maker in every kind of fast food restaurant. 
I just see Ice Cream is listed as new product on Roadmap EA 0.3 July 2023. I guess, we will get an ice maker machine too.,
