Hello! I got your bug report. You are trying to assign them to the HR station before you have added them to the schedule! First, you’ll need a workstation (desk, chair, computer) for them to work at, then make sure you assign the agent to that desk in the schedule, THEN you can assign them to their position!

Yes I tried to assign her to the schedule but i can’t. I already buy the computer table and chair and placed everything in the building.
Make sure you put a computer on the desk too. An extra monitor alone isn’t enough!

You’re right - currently the tutorial expects you to do things in order! When the tutorial gets revamped, we’re planning on catching those cases so that doesn’t happen!
