How do i get e certified Purchasing Agent

i want to get a contract with a export company but it keeps saying i need a certefied Purchasing Agent
how do i get one?

Need to have an HQ setup. Once you have an HQ, you go to the City WorkForce recruitment contact and hire a purchasing agent. Go to your HQ and place a desk, computer, and chair for that agent. Assign the agent to that desk and then contact the export company and you should be able to assign the agent to that export company and start ordering.

That is a typo, there is no certified Purchasing Agent. All it means is that you need a Purchasing Agent who is seated and doesn’t currently have a contract already assigned.
