Would be cool to have both a garbage recycling and burning factory to invest into more enviorment friendly businesses and have a more lively city seeing garbage trucks around. Trucks would dump trash into a hole and it would roll onto a conveier belt and get pass sorting machines and then go to a burner where the smoke goes into a pipe. The trucks would work as customers for the plot of land. Factory can be located in garment district or hell’s kitchen as i feel it would give alot of money for not being alot of garbage sites and fit for those areas.
