Events, more tasks and other ideas

I use a translator. Sorry.
I have not divided the ideas into separate topics. Sorry.

The problem:
The game is amazing, until the moment you launch the office. This is the end of your routine tasks, and with them the gameplay. You’ll be skipping time. to save money for something new, occasionally ordering goods from a supplier (via the menu). And after you have saved up money, you buy equipment (via the phone), arranging the equipment in the building (the only gameplay), hire staff (via the office menu) and that’s it. We keep saving up.
And that’s the problem, there’s nothing to do in the game. What, in my opinion, should be added?

  1. Random events. Incoming calls, offers, good deals, competitor information, buying/selling a business, cool employee, etc. Or something bad, for example, you missed an event from a competitor, because of this, he became more aggressive.
  2. Each of our businesses must create problems for us. Customer complaints, equipment problems, problems with employees, etc. Ideally, You can hire a director for this business who will solve all the problems on his own. (except big ones), but will take 50% of the profit. If you want a lot of money from the business, do it yourself.
  3. More things that require you to come somewhere. For example, hiring an employee over the phone is convenient, but, let’s say, if we want to bargain or find out more about his desires, we need to conduct an interview in person. For example, in our office, we set a day and applicants come there.

So the idea is that if you want to get the best result, you have to spend your time on it. And that’s how it should be in everything. You can solve cases over the phone without leaving home, but the result will be normal or bad. To do well, you have to spend time.

Other ideas:

  1. The game has a cool idea about luring employees away from a competitor. But it’s broken. I just accept them at a high salary and immediately dismiss them, they do not return to the competitor. There are two ideas here:
1.1. The employer’s rating. The better we treat our subordinates, the higher it is. The higher the rating, the more willing people are to come to us. And vice versa. If the rating is low, then it will be difficult to poach someone. And it will be easy to get away from us.
1.2. Minimum-term contract. Currently, there is an hourly wage and a one-time bonus for hiring. It is necessary to add a minimum working time. Where we commit not to dismiss an employee during this period and give a minimum salary (10 hours for part-time and 30 for full-time) if we have not assigned a job. If we do fire him, we pay him a large allowance. And when we poach an employee from a competitor, there are two ways. Give a large sum of money right away or offer a minimum-term contract.

  2. Importers should only supply large quantities. For soda - at least 10,000 pieces, for phones - 500. Or even more, depending on the difficulty. If we need a small batch, we contact a wholesale store.

  3. Business requirement. Now you can open anything from the very beginning. And it wouldn’t be bad if some types of business needed education, connections, or something else. Something that would prevent you from starting a business right away.

  4. The quality of the product. Relatively speaking, an expensive phone, normal and cheap. There are more problems with cheap goods, but they are easier to get and easier to make. With the dear one, it’s the other way around. It also opens up a new way of dealing with competitors. Deprive them of good goods.

  5. Businesses should be divided by complexity. The more difficult it is, the more profitable it is, but also the more problems and conditions. For example, fast food can be very profitable, but if the product quality is poor or the staff level is low, then customers may get sick, and we will be fined or shut down. More complex inspections of government employees, so that it is not dirty and the equipment meets the standards, etc. On the contrary, there is a gift shop where there are almost no requirements, but the profit is not high either.

  6. It shouldn’t be so easy to raise an employee’s level. Or, at least, it is impossible to find a high-level employee right away (or it will be expensive). That is, we must be afraid of losing an employee with a high level. You can also add employees with a very high level. They will bring a good bonus to the business. They will be very rare and there will always be a struggle for them.

  7. More opportunities to compete with competitors.
7.1. To hire their own people to collect information or try to sabotage the company.
7.2. Somehow break the contract between the competitor and the importer.
7.3. To offer the owner of the building more favorable conditions for the lease, so that he breaks the contract with a competitor.
7.4. To send constant complaints to the state to the competitor’s enterprise so that they are constantly checked.
All points must have a bad outcome for ourselves.

Hello there! Definitely some cool ideas in there. The upcoming EA 0.9 will be bringing some changes that address some of these issues, so that’s cool to see!
