Employee Demand Re-roll

It would be great to have a feature where you could re-roll an employees demand at the cost of 10-20% decrease in their satisfaction every roll.

I’m tired of one my 50 programmers to suddenly request an executive office desk or a mesh chair when I already made the layout perfect. Listen, you can have a 2nd monitor if you want, I just don’t want to fire you because you feel like you’re too good for a standard desk LOL.
