I’m looking at some blueprints for my store and some of them have 10 registers while others have 4 or different numbers. If I set up the store and never set foot inside, just simulate everything from my bed does any of this affect sales?
Do things like the distance between stations and cashiers matter?
Does the number of chairs or tables change anything?
I’m basically wondering which layout choices actually impact performance and which ones are just cosmetic.

Depending on the size of your building, that will determine how many cash registers you need. But once your cash register capacity has reached your building limit, there’s no benefit to adding more.
Be sure to check the BizMan Insights to check your store’s numbers!

Oh yes, I see that now. What about the other things though?
If you’re not in the store, distance doesn’t matter overall. And as long as you have 1 table and 1 toilet/sink, etc, you’ll be fine!
