Delivery Order Reschedule

Hello! Right now, when you schedule a delivery, you set a specific timeframe on a day. Then, when the delivery comes through, it just puts a pallet on the storefront sidewalk. I’m suggesting that if an order gets canceled, it gives the option via phone to reschedule to a separate day or pick it up at a different location the same day. This would be easier to prevent having to go back and forth to reorder if you tend to order multiple deliveries at once.
