During my playthroughs, how well it performed in the first month/year is highly dependent on whether midtown has at least one M1 store location available. Is it okay to default at least one M1 retail location available for each playthrough to make it fairer?
To be honest, it’s more likely that the change will be that it wouldn’t be as possible to start in an M1 building at all!
