Daily employee messages and pop-up notifications should respect HR and headhunter management

When I hire an HR and headhunters, I shouldn’t keep receiving daily messages, either on my mobile or as pop-up notifications. This creates unnecessary micro-management, which doesn’t make much sense in the mid-to-late game. Simply marking messages as read has no effect.

If a headhunter has filled a position through a replacement, any future demands from that employee shouldn’t become my problem, since they are being paid to handle it. Implementing this would streamline management and reduce unnecessary interruptions.
