Right now we can see the customer flow of yesterday only (like 2 customers at 12AM, 3 at 1PM and 3 at 2PM), and I think it would be useful to have these info for a week or maybe even more to know when I should open my store on which day. Right now if I want to do this properly I have to take notes on paper or on a digital notebook so I think it would make sense to have that in the game!

I agree! The Bizman > Insights > “Customer Over Time” graph would be great if you could see the hourly breakdown for the whole week, and not just “yesterday”. That way you can see your peaks on the weekends, and how low it drops on Wednesdays, etc!
