Basically a sales initiative that will allow the player to create customizable offers depending on the business.
For example: buy one get one free, or buy a burger and a soda and get 10% off, buy 1 cheap clothing and 1 modern expensive and get a 3rd one for free.
This feature could be a part of marketing that you unlock or something similar.
