I’d like to start with one of the more expensive stores, but I don’t want to make it too easy by just cranking the money up. It would be nice if a credit rating system was implemented so I could set a sufficient starting credit rating and get a loan to start a different industry. Throughout the game this could affect the ability to get new loans and the interest rates.

You don’t have a visible credit rating, but that’s basically what happens. If you try to get a big loan, the amount you can get depends on how much money you’re making, etc. But overall, the loan system is needing an upgrade. Could be cool!
