Is there an actual reason to keep a full time cleaner?
I only hire part-time cleaners, one for every business, don’t really care for the skill, come cheap you get the job. Giving them at max 2-hour shifts for every day.
For the most part…not really on my businesses. On larger 75 capacity stores open 24 hours-a-day, then it could be worth a full timer. But otherwise I just do 2 or 3 hours per day to start and I make sure my cleanliness meter stays up!
