We could have a CEO office "a Desk with a computer " inside the HQ office that the player " CEO " can go or sit and mange " do some tasks, sign contracts , view reports, inventory , order stuff or take online classes for example ".

HQ as it is the work place
I think it would be cool to have it available to the apartment as well, but maybe a smaller version. The home-office version.
Then the HQ version of the desk could have all the features.
