In real life, key to any successful business is cash management.
So I believe, there should be real cash in the store, that you would need to collect and drop at the bank, until you trust someone to do it.
also question of payment terms, customer pay cash, with cash or credit card, but you pay your supplier at day +3.
Same with employee they should be paid later, like once a week.
this could help finance the growth of your business. allowing it to be less profitable and more challenging.
