This is a good game where you can be milionaire and bilionaire. Why not give a bonus to the employers, even single to every persons, but even all at once to all employers. Maybe this can make them happier but im making now easily 300k a day so a bonus doesnt cost me a lot. We hope also in real file employers are more apreciated by the company ceo, because without emplyers there is no company.

I agree - this feature existed in Startup Company and would fit in very well in Big Ambitions as well!
I can suggest also that this features its better to be placed in bizman profile of the shop. i mean i dont want to see all list of employers with a button give bonus. If a business performes better than other its right to give bonus only to that business not to others that myabe perform bad.
