The large billboards are mostly attached to buildings, which got me thinking: shouldn’t the owners of the buildings get a cut of the marketing fees?
If I own a building and the shop below it, I would want to focus on marketing my own business. If it’s not my business being marketed, I would want a fee for driving traffic to someone else’ business.
