on my save i have negativ bank interest and i pay over 1000 on day . Can somebody help me how to repear my bank interest

According to steam discussion this is a intended feature of the game (Can be changed in custom game)
So instead you should invest in shops, buildings, your company etc. Or put them in a fond using one of the banks.

Large bank accounts usually have a lot of fees, and you will often see successful entrepreneurs branch out and reinvest.
The point of currency isnt to sit on a large pile of it, but to turn it into an employee and make it work for you.
