Balance Change: Headhunter & HR System

Headhunters are way too overpowered right now.

You can train one headhunter and instantly hire 100% employees, which removes the need to train staff or think about hiring properly.


Suggested Changes

1. Headhunter Rework (Poaching System)

  • Headhunters should not create employees out of nowhere

  • Instead, they should:

    • Find employees from other businesses in your world

    • “Poach” them and bring them to your company

  • This makes the system more realistic and balanced


2. Alternatively: Skill Cap on Hires

  • Headhunters should only be able to hire employees with:

    • Maximum 70% proficiency
  • The rest you will have to train yourself


3. HR Manager Training Time

  • HR managers training shouldn’t be linear: it should be faster to train an employee from 10% to 20% then to train it from 80%-90%

  • This makes the progression in staff training better.

  • Nerf headhunters

  • Either make them poach employees OR limit hire quality

  • HR Manager training shoudnt be linear
